Suonsia Homestay – the first homestay built in the town of Cau Ke, Tra Vinh province. This homestay offers much more than many others of its kind. The unique setting of Suonsia Homestay is its surrounding tropical greeneries: green rice paddies, water palms, coconuts and shady bamboo trees and orchards. Our passion for nature has prompted us to grow and collect various kinds of plants in our garden that cannot be found in the region.

Suonsia homestay consists of 10 private rooms surrounded by landscaped tropical trees and ideally situated on an area of more than 10,000 square meters in a quiet area at suburb in Cau Ke townlet and near the lower branch of the mighty Mekong River. Wifi is accessible for free, each room is equipped with hot bath tub, slippers, bath towels, face towels, wardrobe and a shared kitchen. It provides the guest with a haven of tranquility and relaxation that you will find second to none. It is also easy to get to the town and other surrounding areas by bicycle and motorbike and car. Our homestay programs will help you discover and understand the beauty and the mixture of Khmer, Chinese and Vietnamese cultural features in the region. You will instantly be welcomed and invited to participate in, or simply enjoy experiencing everyday life going on around you. Come stay with us and enjoy your trip. We are waiting to show you the hospitality you deserve.

Notes: For travellers who manage own transportation to our place, here is a tip:

From Saigon to Cau Ke and vice versa, there are transportation companies which operate daily started from 06:30am until 15:00pm (it takes 4-5hrs), the ticket is selling at Counter 21 (Năm Bang, Hai Hên, Xuân Nhàn). The fare is 100,000VND/way or roughly 5$ /way.

And from/to Cau Ke to/from Can Tho, Xuân Mai Bus operates at 06:30 and 08:30pm. The fare is 50,000VND/way.
